A French tech-tree gunboat destroyer with a 42.4 kn top speed. Its eight 139 mm guns hit hard with a 3,968 HE salvo, and while DPM at the base 7.8 s reload is about average, three charges of Rapid Reload III (rate of fire +100% for 15 s) double its firepower in short windows. 139 mm AP also works well against destroyers. With three Engine Boost III charges on top, it can dash in and out to whatever range it wants, and its 10.44 km range is long. However, it has no smoke, 7.2 km detectability is 0.81 km above average, and dispersion at 6 km is 24% wider than average. AA is 62% below average and its short 7.2 km torpedoes are only for harassment.
