A US premium destroyer that puts Precise Aiming System on an agile hull. With 6.36 s acceleration and a 2.86 s rudder shift it is very nimble, and its five 127 mm guns fire every 3.6 s with about 94 m dispersion at 6 km, 16% tighter than average. Precise Aiming System II (+54% accuracy, 20 s) pushes its hit rate even higher in destroyer gunfights, and 127 mm AP rarely overpenetrates destroyers. Its torpedo salvo of 37,760 is also 32% above average, giving it finishing power against big ships. However, its 16,570 effective HP is low, it has only two smoke charges, and its 8.1 km gun range is short, putting it at a disadvantage at long range.
