AP DPM is 20% above average and dispersion at 10 km is about 202 m, 9% tighter, so it stays consistently strong against cruisers within its 11.82 km range. Three charges of Sonar II find destroyers and torpedoes within 4.5 km regardless of islands or smoke, and Rapid Reload I briefly raises its firepower. Its torpedoes reach only 5.4 km, but their DPM is 31% above average, giving it close-range finishing power. However, with no smoke and a large hull it is vulnerable to focus fire.
