A British premium destroyer that leans Lightning further toward torpedoes. With 6.89 s acceleration, a 3.15 s rudder shift and a 10.7°/s turn rate its evasion is top-tier, and 6.0 km detectability plus four charges of Fuel Smoke I make escaping easy even when spotted. Torpedo DPM of 43,225 is 33% above average, and dumping torpedoes with Torpedo Reload I badly hurts not only battleships but cruisers too. Per the wiki, it gives up Lightning's straight-line torpedoes in exchange for a faster reload and faster torpedoes. Its guns are weak at 22,717 DPM, but two charges of Radar I let it find hidden destroyers and hand them to allies.

L-class destroyer HMS Loyal was laid down in the late 1930s for the Royal Navy but was not completed until after the outbreak of World War II. She carried out a wide range of combat missions in the Mediterranean, including convoy escort, anti-submarine warfare, shore bombardment, and support for landing operations.
