A Pan-Asian premium battleship with nine 419 mm guns, notable for its many survival tools. Each Repair Party charge restores 20% of max HP for up to 60% in total, and two charges of Fuel Smoke I, rare on a battleship, let it briefly hide in a pinch. Detectability of 10.8 km is 0.84 km below average and a 13.91 s rudder suits hit-and-run play. Its guns are accurate with sigma 2, about 316 m dispersion at 12 km and Precise Aiming System I, but DPM is slightly below average. Air Defense Alert I and AA 16% above average let it hold up reasonably against carriers. However, its Fuel Smoke is short-lived (9 s generation, 3 s duration), so it can't stay hidden for long.

Louchuan was a Chinese naval ship primarily used as a floating fortress during the Han dynasty. Designed as a central vessel within the fleet, Louchuan was equipped for boarding enemy ships. She also carried siege weaponry for long-range engagements. (Premium ships are fully upgraded by default)
