After dealing 15,000 damage, its Combat Instruction adds +20% secondary range and +25% secondary accuracy, and Engine Boost II, 22.5 s acceleration and 5.5°/s turning let it close distance quickly. Effective effective HP of 67,321 and good citadel protection make it strong in close head-on fights. However, 12.84 km main battery range and about 396 m dispersion at 12 km (19% wider than average) leave it toothless at range, and AA is 33% below average.
