Base dispersion is also about 292 m at 12 km, 14% tighter than average, so with the skill active its shells group very tightly even at long range. Its AP salvo of 17,523 is 9% above average, and four Damage Control charges plus high fire/flooding resistance help it endure damage over time. On the other hand, 30 s acceleration and 4.8°/s turning are very sluggish, and AA 31% below average leaves it weak to carriers and torpedoes. Its Reddit rating jumped from B in 9.1 to A+ in 9.3, so recent opinion is better than before.
