Mục IX Tuần dương hạm · U.S.S.R. · Cao cấp
Rating C (Weak within its tier and class · overall score 29) · Độ dài Tuần dương hạm
A Soviet premium large cruiser with nine 305 mm guns. Its 11,997 AP salvo is 34% above average and a citadel salvo can reach 29,993, deadly to broadside cruisers. Sigma 2, dispersion 3% tighter than average at 10 km and three charges of Precise Aiming System II keep it hitting at 13.08 km. Durability is high at 49,145, but 11.52 km detectability is very long and the hull is big, so it rarely gets to choose its engagement range. AA is 33% below average and it has neither smoke nor radar, so once spotted all it can do is tank.

So sánh Trang bị xây dựng cho tàu này
A large gunship officially designated as a heavy cruiser but more of a high-speed "small battleship" by technical characteristics. She carried 305 mm main guns with a very long firing range. Drawbacks: weak AA defenses. (Premium ships are fully upgraded by default)
