Gunnery cruiser, suited to flanking and DD hunting. A glass cannon: huge firepower, but low HP means it melts under focus fire. Its AP main battery DPM of 57,678 is 22% above the same-tier cruiser average. 32.2 kn top speed and good turning, rudder shift and acceleration give it excellent mobility. Unique skill: 'Klingon Disruptors' gives main battery reload time −10% (shots per minute +11%), penetration +10% for 20 s. AP-only, but its destroyer-caliber shells rarely overpen, so they work on destroyers too.
