The second Richelieu-class ship, a French premium battleship with two quad 380 mm turrets forward. Two charges of Rapid Reload III (+100% rate of fire for 15 s) double its reload speed while active, giving it some of the best burst damage among tier IX battleships. Engine Boost III (+16% top speed) and a 13.8 s rudder also make it nimble. However, its baseline AP DPM is 12% below average, its maximum citadel salvo is 24% below average, and 439 mm penetration struggles against heavily armored tier X battleships at range. With 57,751 effective HP and thin armor, it should stay bow-in to bounce shells and prioritize cruisers.
