Rating C- (Quite weak within its tier and class · overall score 15) · Tiền vệ Ngư lôi Khu trục hạm
A Pan-European premium destroyer combining fast torpedoes with radar. Six 150 mm guns firing every 3.8 s deliver 44,716 HE DPM, 38% above average, with a high fire potential of 4.9 per minute (before modifiers). With 5.76 km detectability it launches 9.6 km torpedoes from hiding with a 3.84 km margin, and at 86.18 kn they are very hard to dodge. Three charges of 8.1 km Radar II expose hidden destroyers. However, it has no smoke and a low 17,916 effective HP, and with 7.86 km range and dispersion 13% wider than average it cannot drag out a gunfight once spotted; its only way out is to push its 38.09 kn top speed higher with Engine Boost II and run.

In 1917, Austria-Hungary began working on a project to build a destroyer leader. A total of eight leaders and twelve destroyers were planned for construction. Draft designs were submitted by Blohm & Voss and Ganz-Danubius. The Austro-Hungarian Marine Technical Committee developed several projects—one of them, presented in 1917, provided for the construction of a 2,000-ton torpedo boat, which was to be equipped with 6-inch main battery guns. However, with the end of World War I and the collapse of Austria-Hungary, the destroyers were never built. (Premium ships are fully upgraded by default)
