The torpedo range is only 0.42 km shorter than its 11.22 km detectability, so it can launch right around the moment it gets spotted. Its eight 410 mm guns disperse about 315 m at 12 km (5% tighter than average) and it has two charges of Precise Aiming System I, but AP DPM is 11% below average.
