A Pan-Asian cruiser with twelve 152 mm guns and deep-water torpedoes. At 4.03 fires per minute (before modifiers), 28% above average, it is good at setting battleships on fire, and its 152 mm AP works well on destroyers. Its torpedoes reach 8.7 km and 2 charges of Torpedo Reload I allow back-to-back salvos, but being deep-water torpedoes they cannot hit destroyers, and they are shorter than its 9.12 km detectability, so stealth torpedoing is impossible. Slow 5.6°/s turning, a large hull, and no smoke make it hard to survive focus fire once spotted. Sonar I provides a safeguard against close-range torpedoes and destroyers.
