The tier 8 ship of the Pan-American battleship line, a fairly ordinary main-battery ship unlike Atlântico. Its twelve 356 mm guns give a salvo 11% above average, but a 20.5 s reload, dispersion 18% wider than average and a short 12.42 km range mean it must fight at medium range or closer. Detectability of 10.32 km is 0.82 km below average, 22.73 s acceleration and 5.5°/s turning make it agile, and it has Engine Boost II. After dealing 15,000 damage, its Combat Instruction boosts secondary range, accuracy and reload for extra close-range firepower. However, its armor is not sturdy and torpedo protection is low, so showing full broadside while diving in gets it hit hard.
