An American heavy cruiser that brings Baltimore down to tier VIII, firing AP from nine 203 mm guns every 8.0 s with DPM 20% above average. Its base firepower alone takes a same-tier cruiser's HP in about 125 s on paper, and Rapid Reload II cuts the reload to about 5.6 s for 20 s, letting it overwhelm broadside cruisers in moments. Its armor and 37,104 effective HP are good, and AA is 44% above average, making it strong against carriers. On the other hand, the data shows it is AP-focused, so it is weak against angled battleships, and its 203 mm AP mostly overpenetrates destroyers, making it slow against them. It also lacks support skills such as smoke, Radar, or Sonar.
