A French premium destroyer built on Z-23 with retuned stats and skills. A 40.03 kn top speed plus Engine Boost I makes it one of the fastest tier VIII destroyers, and AP DPM of 47,787, 43% above average, makes it strong in destroyer gunfights. 128 mm AP rarely overpenetrates destroyers, and 4.5 km Sonar II lets it find enemies in smoke and chase them down. Two Smoke Generator charges, which the original lacks, shore up survivability, and torpedo DPM 51% above average threatens big ships too. However, 6.78 km detectability is long and dispersion at 6 km is 11% wider than average, so close-to-mid-range fights suit it better than long-range shooting.

Z25 was completed in 1940, built as one of 15 Type 1936A destroyers. She spent much of her service during World War II escorting German ships. However, in early 1946, following the war, she was allocated to France as part of reparations and renamed Hoche. After a series of reconstructions, she was later converted into a fast destroyer escort before eventually being decommissioned in 1956. (Premium ships are fully upgraded by default)
