A large German destroyer carrying on the Elbing line's traits, firing five 150 mm AP guns every 6.2 s. Its 3,365 AP salvo is 37% above average and dispersion at 6 km is about 82 m, 28% tighter than average, so it lands heavy hits on cruiser broadsides at 9.66 km. 150 mm AP rarely overpenetrates destroyers, so it works in gunfights too, and each Repair Kit heals 20%, for up to 60% of its HP. However, a 4.8 s rudder shift and 7.3°/s turn rate are sluggish and its large hull is hard to dodge with. The wiki notes the center turret's narrow firing arcs and an awkward torpedo layout, and its 50.04 kn torpedoes are slow and tricky to land.
