Its eight 420 mm guns reload in 19.5 s, and three charges of Precise Aiming System I (+33% accuracy) tighten its ~322 m dispersion at 12 km. Effective effective HP of 69,774 is 10% above average and secondary DPM of 45,902 is 33% above average, so it is especially strong in close brawls with Secondary Overload I active. Three charges of Sonar II (4.5 km) let it find destroyers and torpedoes behind islands early. On the other hand, 27.52 kn top speed, 30.18 s acceleration and an 18.3 s rudder make it sluggish, and weak torpedo protection leaves it vulnerable to destroyers that get close.
