A US tech-tree tier IX destroyer whose strengths are mobility and AA. A 36.42 kn top speed, 3.06 s rudder shift and 9.4°/s turning make it nimble, and as the wiki says it dodges aerial torpedoes and high-arcing shells well. AA is 25% above average, backed by three Air Defense Alert II charges. Its 42,480 torpedo salvo is 23% above average, but 7.8 km range leaves only a 1.5 km margin over its 6.3 km detectability, and its five high-arcing 127 mm guns suit burning battleships more than hitting destroyers. Two Smoke Generator II and four Engine Boost I charges keep it alive, but lacking a decisive weapon it must coordinate with teammates to make an impact.
