A US premium battleship that adds a unique skill to a North Carolina-type hull. Its base specs, such as nine 406 mm guns and a 21 s reload, are similar to North Carolina, but three charges of 'Shiji: Gem Strike' (accuracy +33%, shell velocity +25%) greatly improve long-range accuracy. With sigma 2, 13.98 km range and main battery DPM 9% above average, it is strong at second-line gunnery. The skill eases the slow-shell weakness of US guns, and combined with three Rapid Reload I charges it can burst damage in a short window. However, its 16.8 s rudder is sluggish and its 26.41 kn top speed makes a bad position hard to recover from.
