Its 5 s reload guns start 4.43 fires per minute, 38% above average, and 130 mm AP works well against destroyers. With 9.94 s acceleration and a 6.9 s rudder it is extremely agile and carries four smokes, but durability is just 25,860 and range 10.98 km, so it melts once battleships or cruisers catch it.
