With Engine Boost active, top speed rises from 32.25 kn to about 37.4 kn, destroyer-like, and 12.96 s acceleration makes it responsive, so it can dodge shells and reposition easily. Its nine 203 mm guns in triple turrets normally reload in 11.0 s, but Rapid Reload cuts that to about 7.7 s for 20 s, letting it pour AP into broadside cruisers. However, base DPM is 8% below average and dispersion is slightly wide, so it is ordinary without its skills. It has no smoke or Radar, and AA is 32% below average.
