An Italian tech-tree cruiser firing SAP from twelve 203 mm guns; SAP DPM of 63,548 is enough on paper to strip a same-tier battleship's full HP in about 3 minutes and a destroyer's in about 2. SAP sets no fires but bites hard into destroyers and cruiser plating, so it pulls its weight against destroyers even in tier-10 matches. A 35.86 kn top speed with three charges each of Fuel Smoke II and Precise Aiming System I makes it great at hit-and-run. However, it is more sluggish than Amalfi, with an 11.1 s rudder that makes torpedoes hard to dodge, and AA 39% below average leaves it exposed to carriers.
