A German heavy cruiser of the Prinz Eugen family that adds powerful close-range torpedoes to eight 203 mm guns. Torpedo range is only 5.4 km, but salvo damage is 80% above average, so it can punish battleships that come close while it waits in smoke. Its core is the combination of 2 charges of Smoke Generator II (28 s duration) and 2 charges of Precise Aiming System II, which lets it fire from smoke with tighter groupings. According to the wiki, its HE is quite usable for a German cruiser, and 3.07 fires per minute (before modifiers) let it pressure battleships. However, with no Sonar it struggles to see nearby destroyers and torpedoes in advance.

Blücher was the second of five Admiral Hipper-class heavy cruisers of Nazi Germany's Kriegsmarine, built after the rise of the Nazi Party and the repudiation of the Treaty of Versailles. She was assigned to the task force supporting the invasion of Norway in April 1940, where she capsized and sank with a significant loss of life, ending a short six months of service.
