The Black version of Takao: a heavy cruiser with ten 203 mm guns and torpedoes whose salvo damage is 58% above average. Instead of the original's Precise Aiming System it gets Rapid Reload I and Fuel Smoke I, making it easier to unload a short burst on broadside targets and then disengage. Each Repair Party heals 25%, for up to 75% recovered, it has 4 Damage Control Party charges, and its 40,987 effective HP is higher than the original's, so it lasts long for a Japanese cruiser. However, dispersion at 10 km is about 264 m, 18% wider than average, and range is only 11.1 km, so it is weak at long-range gunnery. AA is also 33% below average.
