The Black version of Iowa, keeping the nine 406 mm guns and 31.28 kn top speed while improving survivability and utility. Its rudder shift is 15.6 s, 1.5 s faster than the original, detectability drops to 12.0 km, and four Damage Control Party charges plus high fire and flooding resistance make it resilient against damage over time. Sigma 2 and 14.7 km range keep shells grouped, and two charges each of Rapid Reload I, Engine Boost I and Sonar I give it flexibility. AA is 37% above average. However, AP DPM is only 3% above average, so its hitting power is unremarkable, and Reddit tier lists rate it C, like the original.
