Black Ignacio Allende
Mục VIII Tuần dương hạm · Pan-America
Rating A- (Above average+ within its tier and class · overall score 64) · Dung lượng Tuần dương hạm
The Black version of Ignacio Allende: it fires AP from eight 152 mm guns every 6.6 s, and after 40 main battery hits Combat Instruction 'Spotting Fire' boosts reload, accuracy, and penetration for 20 s. Instead of the original's Radar it gets 4 charges of Fuel Smoke II, letting it break line of sight even at full speed. Each Repair Party heals 20% (up to 60% total) and it has 4 Damage Control Party charges, so it lasts long. However, its reload is 0.6 s longer than the original's and its HP slightly lower. Its destroyer-caliber AP works well on destroyers, but being AP-focused with below-average torpedoes, it struggles to wear down battleships.

In 1947, the Inter-American Treaty of Reciprocal Assistance was signed in Rio de Janeiro, whereby Argentina, Brazil, and Chile were to strengthen their fleets by purchasing old U.S. Brooklyn-class cruisers. If those countries had ordered the construction of new cruisers in the United States, then the most modern Worcester-class ships would have served as the basis for the projects.
