The Black version of Harbin: a light cruiser that combines rapid-firing HE from ten 130 mm guns on a 5.8 s reload with deep-water torpedoes. Torpedo range is 9.0 km, 0.72 km beyond its 8.28 km detectability, so it can torpedo unspotted, and 2 charges of Torpedo Reload II allow back-to-back salvos. Being deep-water torpedoes, though, they cannot hit destroyers. Instead of the original's 3 Fuel Smoke charges it gets 2 charges of the regular Smoke Generator I, one extra Damage Control Party (4 total), and 0.6 km more torpedo range than the original. With only 24,730 effective HP it is very fragile, so dodging with its 7.9°/s turning and small hull is the key to survival.
