The Black version of Gascogne, which trades Engine Boost for Precise Aiming System I and upgrades Rapid Reload to level III (rate of fire +100%, 15 s). With eight 380 mm guns and a 21 s reload, its normal main battery DPM is 11% below average, but Rapid Reload III doubles reload speed for 15 s, letting it burst salvos in a short window. A 30.16 kn top speed, 12.62 s rudder and 24.29 s acceleration make it agile for a battleship, and it has four Damage Control charges. On the other hand, its 13,688 salvo is 15% below average and thin armor makes it unsuited to frontal tanking.
