Black Fushun
Mục VI Khu trục hạm · Pan-Asia
Rating A (Strong within its tier and class · overall score 73) · Tiền vệ Ngư lôi Khu trục hạm
Stealth torpedo destroyer. 3 charges of Fuel Smoke, short as each one is, let it break vision and escape whenever it gets caught. Its 7.2 km torpedoes outrange its 5.88 km detectability by 1.3 km, ideal for smoke-backed ambushes. Detectability of 5.88 km is 0.2 km below average, so it is less likely to be spotted first. Key skills: Rapid Reload I ×2 (main battery reload time −15% (shots per minute +18%), 20 s); Fuel Smoke I ×3 (9 s deploy, 3 s linger). Fuel smoke hides it even at full speed for hit-and-run play, but it clears quickly.
