The Black version of Edinburgh, a stealthy light cruiser with twelve 152 mm AP guns. Detectability is 7.68 km, 0.84 km shorter than average, and with 7.8 s steering and 10.47 s acceleration it is very agile, so it can pick its fights. A 7.5 s reload gives 55,488 AP DPM, 13% above average, and at destroyer-gun calibre its AP rarely overpenetrates destroyers and hits them hard. Two Smoke Generator II charges and 4 Damage Control Party charges add survivability. On the other hand, with no HE it struggles against thick battleship armor, and its calculated anti-battleship firepower is among the lowest.
