A version of a small light cruiser design, the development of which preceded the creation of the Brooklyn-class cruisers. She had features that were characteristic of most subsequent U.S. Navy ships of this type: moderate speed, an absence of torpedo armament, and the availability of dual-purpose guns complementing the 152 mm main battery guns mounted in the turrets. (Limited ships are fully upgraded by default)
