The Black version of Charles Martel, a mobile heavy cruiser with no fewer than 6 charges of Engine Accelerator III. A 7.8°/s turn rate and 12.96 s acceleration make it exceptionally agile, and Engine Accelerator adds 16% top speed for dodging shells and repositioning. Detectability of 8.1 km and 4 Damage Control Party charges also help. However, main battery DPM is 13% below average with AP and 16% below with HE, and its torpedoes are weak, so it struggles to turn mobility into damage.
