Black Chapayev
Mục VIII Tuần dương hạm · U.S.S.R.
Rating C- (Quite weak within its tier and class · overall score 16) · Độ dài Tuần dương hạm
The Black version of Chapayev, a light cruiser with twelve 152 mm guns and 1,534 more HP than the original. With 12.42 km range and a 7.8 s reload, HE DPM is 16% above average and fires per minute are 4.13, 32% above average, keeping big ships burning from long range. Its 152 mm AP rarely overpenetrates destroyers and works well against them, and 4 Damage Control Party charges make it resilient to fire and flooding. However, detectability is 9.6 km, 1.08 km longer than average, and it has no smoke or Radar, so once spotted it has nowhere to hide.
