Black Audacious
Mục IX Tàu sân bay · U.K.
Rating A+ (Strong within its tier and class · overall score 76) · Máy bay ném bom
The Black version of Audacious. Its air group and strike numbers are the same as the original: 184 kn attack aircraft, bombing potential 12% above the tier IX carrier average and torpedo potential 11% below. The differences are slightly higher HP at 42,585 and four Damage Control charges, letting it put out fires and flooding once more and hold up a little better against air strikes or cruiser sniping. Detectability is the same 11.04 km, so play it just like the original, building damage around bomb fires. There is no community rating data or wiki section for it.

This heavy aircraft carrier project, designed at the end of World War II, represented a further development of the Implacable class. Her large dimensions allowed her to overcome the major drawback of her predecessors—the relatively small number of airplanes they could carry. The aircraft carriers initially laid down as the Audacious class were completed much later, in the 1950s, with a significantly modified design. (Limited ships are fully upgraded by default)
