Black Amagi
Mục VIII Thiết giáp hạm · Nhật Bản
Rating A+ (Strong within its tier and class · overall score 74) · Độ bền cao Thiết giáp hạm
The Black version of Amagi, with the same ten 410 mm guns and 21 s reload but 14.04 km range, 0.18 km longer. In place of the original's Precise Aiming System it gets Rapid Reload I (rate of fire +18%, 20 s) and Sonar I (3.75 km), and four Damage Control charges let it answer one more fire/flooding combo. Its AP salvo of 19,590 is 22% above average, so it remains a threat to broadside targets. However, dispersion at 12 km is about 342 m, wider than the original's (about 329 m), and the 12.36 km detectability and 4.8°/s turning are unchanged, so it is still spotted early and sluggish.

A battlecruiser design with very powerful artillery. Despite being outclassed by other battleships of her time in terms of armor, Amagi was—to a great extent—superior to them in terms of speed. (Limited ships are fully upgraded by default)
