A Japanese heavy cruiser that pours HE from ten 203 mm guns. A 9.2 s reload gives 47,739 HE DPM, 24% above average, and 3.69 fires per minute, 17% above average, keeping big ships burning. AP DPM is also 6% above average, so it can switch ammo against cruisers showing their broadside. A 34.75 kn top speed plus Engine Accelerator II, Sonar II and Air Defense Alert II give it a well-rounded mix of mobility, detection and air defense. However, dispersion is 7% wider than average and it has no smoke or Radar, so it lacks ways to survive once spotted.
