A Japanese premium tier VIII destroyer with deep-water torpedoes whose 12 km range outranges the main batteries of most tier VIII cruisers. Its torpedo salvo is 30% above average, and it can fire from 5.76 km beyond its 6.24 km detectability, making it good at sniping capital ships unseen. However, as deep-water torpedoes they cannot hit destroyers, and its six 127 mm guns with 7.86 km range and below-average DPM are nearly useless in cap fights. It has only one smoke and one Torpedo Reload, leaving few emergency options. It is most effective in matches without carriers and with few anti-destroyer ships.
