Gunnery cruiser, suited to DD hunting. Its AP main battery DPM of 94,587 is 41% above the similar-tier cruiser average. Strong AA fends off carrier strikes well. High HE fire potential (4.5 fires/min before hit rate and resistance). Key skills: Radar III ×3 (9 km, 10 s); Sonar II ×3 (4.5 km, 25 s); Air Defense Alert III ×2. Too few same-tier, same-class ships to compare, so no overall grade is given.

So sánh Trang bị xây dựng cho tàu này
The project is a theoretical advancement of heavy cruisers akin to the Des Moines class, incorporating a fourth main battery turret. As a result, the total number of 203 mm guns equipped with automatic loaders grew to twelve. The anti-aircraft armament was significantly enhanced, specifically by replacing all 20 mm and 40 mm guns with 76 mm automatic twin guns. The 38-caliber 127 mm guns were substituted with long-barrel 54-caliber guns. (Superships are fully upgraded by default)
