A Spanish premium cruiser on Andalucía's hull that swaps burst fire for an alternate firing mode and high DPM. Twelve 203 mm guns on a 9 s reload give 77,440 AP DPM, 40% above average, but base dispersion at 10 km is 15% wider than average. So at long range it uses the alternate firing mode, which lengthens the reload to 12 s but cuts dispersion by 30%, and switches to normal fire up close. A 34.89 kn top speed, 8.64 km detectability, three charges of Sonar II and three of Scout Plane II (range 12.36 km → ~14.3 km) make it flexible, though AA is 13% below average.
