Almirante Grau
Mục VIII Tuần dương hạm · Pan-America · Cao cấp
Rating C (Weak within its tier and class · overall score 24) · Độ bền Tuần dương hạm
A light cruiser that moves a De Zeven Provinciën sister ship into the Pan-American faction. Its core is the Combat Instruction 'Flanking Maneuver': after 40 main battery hits, it gets +150% reload, +20% speed and +20% turn rate for 20 s. Normally, though, a 6.0 s reload and eight 152 mm guns give a 4,344 salvo, 38% below average, so it lacks firepower while building up those hits, and it is fragile. In return, AA 70% above average plus Air Defense Alert II give excellent air defense, and its Repair Kit restores 20% × 3 (60% total). Its 152 mm AP rarely overpenetrates destroyers and works well on them.

The flagships of the Peruvian Navy traditionally bear the name of Admiral Miguel Grau Seminario, with a total of five such ships existing in history. The third ship bearing this name was purchased from the Netherlands in 1973. Cruiser De Ruyter was laid down in 1939 in Schiedam and completed after the war according to a modified project, which included dual-purpose main battery guns and modern radar equipment. Almirante Grau acted as the flagship of the Peruvian Navy for 45 years. At the time of her decommissioning, the ship was the last artillery cruiser belonging to any navy.
