An Italian tech-tree destroyer with six 135 mm guns firing SAP. High SAP DPM of 42,665 burns through a tier IX destroyer's HP in about 80 s on paper and hits cruiser plating hard. Its 10.2 km torpedoes have a 3.3 km margin over its 6.9 km detectability for stealth launches. Six charges of Emergency Engine Boost (speed and acceleration +20%) and four of Exhaust Fuel Smoke make escapes easy, and a 38.36 kn top speed with a 4.2 s rudder shift makes it a good chaser. However, range is a short 7.5 km, 6.9 km detectability gets it spotted first, and AA is 62% below average. Pressure with torpedoes, then kill destroyers that come close with Rapid Reload and SAP.
