Yoshino
Tier X · Cruiser · Japan · Premium
Rating B- (Below average within its tier and class · overall score 41) · Long-range cruiser
A Japanese premium large cruiser with nine 310 mm guns, 14.52 km range and 10 km dispersion 11% tighter than average, so it lands hits even at long range. High penetration and a 250% citadel multiplier put its citadel salvo damage 46% above average, letting it take huge chunks out of broadside cruisers. Its 10.8 km torpedoes outrange its 9.96 km detectability for stealth launches, but the tubes face aft, so it must turn sharply to fire them. On the downside, a large hull, sluggish 5.8°/s turn rate and no smoke make evasion difficult. A versatile ship that combines long-range sniping and torpedoes, but positioning is critical.
