Wukong
Tier VIII · Cruiser · Pan-Asia · Premium
Rating B- (Below average within its tier and class · overall score 42) · Agile cruiser
Agile cruiser. Top speed is 32.2 kn (0.7 kn below average), but 13.3 s acceleration and 7.5 s rudder shift and 7.5°/s turning make it exceptionally nimble at dodging shells and snapping turns. Its 9.6 km torpedoes outrange its 8.16 km detectability by 1.4 km, ideal for stealth ambushes. Key skills: Engine Accelerator II ×3 (top speed +12%, 25 s); Scout Plane II ×3 (main battery range +16%, 30 s); Torpedo Reload II ×2. Its firepower trails other cruisers, so pick favorable angles and ranges over straight DPM races. A firepower equipment build improves reload 10.8→10.26 s, dispersion 235→213 m.
