A US tech-tree tier-X light cruiser firing twelve 152 mm guns in six twin turrets every 4.8 s, with HE DPM 64% above average and 5.75 fires per minute on paper. Firing turret by turret keeps shells in the air nonstop, ideal for re-igniting battleships right after they repair. AA is 45% above average and comes with Air Defense Alert III, letting it shred enemy carrier aircraft. Radar II and Sonar also make it good at pulling destroyers out of smoke. However, its high-arcing, slow shells make long-range leading difficult, and its fragile hull is at risk in head-on fights with cruisers firing 200 mm-class AP.
