Rating S (Elite within its tier and class · overall score 86) · Gunnery cruiser
A Pan-Asian premium cruiser that puts AP/HE guns on the Venezia hull. Its fifteen 203 mm guns deliver a 14,880 AP salvo, 54% above average, scoring big citadel hits on broadside cruisers and even nearby battleships. Switching to HE gives 4.31 fires per minute on paper, 18% above average, to pressure battleships with fire. Rapid Reload II and Scout Plane II (+16% range) boost burst firepower, making it good at finishing off fleeing targets. However, 10.26 km detectability, dispersion 7% wider than average, and only 2 Fuel Smoke charges make positioning important.
