Tier IX · Battleship · Spain · Premium
Rating B+ (Above average within its tier and class · overall score 56) · Long-range battleship
Long-range battleship. It is weak against cruisers (AP deals a same-tier cruiser's HP in about 5 min on paper). Main battery range is 14.5 km (0.4 km longer than average), and dispersion at 12 km is about 307 m, 7% tighter than average. 29.5 kn top speed and good turning give it excellent mobility. Key skills: Rapid Reload II ×2 (main battery reload +43%, 20 s); Scout Plane II ×2 (main battery range +16%, 30 s). Its firepower trails other battleships, so be selective and punish broadsides.

A swift battleship that shared the layout and features of the Italian Vittorio Veneto-class warships was considered for construction in Spain through discussions with the Italian government in 1939 and 1940. However, the escalation of World War II and the condition of the Spanish economy hindered the implementation of these plans.
