Vicente Guerrero
Tier III · Cruiser · Pan-America
Rating D (Bottom tier within its tier and class · overall score 11) · Balanced cruiser
Balanced cruiser. It is weak against battleships (AP deals a same-tier battleship's HP in about 22 min on paper). Each Repair Kit restores 20% of max HP, up to 60% over a battle (standard 50%). Tanking damage and healing it back is this ship's biggest weapon. AP penetration of 143 mm is 1% above average and handles thick armor. Unique skill: 'Combat Instruction: Observed Fire' gives main battery reload +11%, main battery accuracy +11%, penetration +10% for 20 s after landing 30 main battery hits.

In 1938, after the decommissioning of battleship Anáhuac—the former Brazilian Deodoro—Mexico planned to strengthen its fleet with a large ship and buy out cruiser Navarra from Spain, which in the Mexican Navy could have received the name "Vicente Guerrero." However, after Mexico expressed support for the Republicans in Spain between 1936 and 1939, the parties failed to reach an agreement.
