Van Kinsbergen
Tier I · Cruiser · Netherlands
Rating D (Bottom tier within its tier and class · overall score 12) · Agile cruiser
Agile cruiser. It is weak against cruisers (HE deals a same-tier cruiser's HP in about 6 min on paper). Top speed of 24.7 kn is 3.9 kn above average, with good turning, rudder shift. HE-only, it grinds targets down with fires. Its firepower trails other cruisers, so pick favorable angles and ranges over straight DPM races. A firepower equipment build improves reload 5→4.75 s, dispersion 156→142 m.
