Utrecht
Tier X · Cruiser · Netherlands
Rating B+ (Above average within its tier and class · overall score 59) · Stealthy cruiser
A Dutch tech-tree tier-X cruiser firing 12 guns every 4.2 s, with HE DPM 54% above average and even bigger burst when Rapid Reload II is active. It can also call an airstrike every 36 s, steadily stacking damage and fires even on battleships hiding behind islands. However, its 10.08 km range is short and its 36,433 HP is low, so it doesn't last long once spotted. With no smoke or radar, Engine Boost is its only escape tool. It is a glass cannon whose firepower outstrips its toughness: use the 7.92 km detectability to pour in airstrikes and free damage from behind your team.
